1. What this is. Courage Garage ("the Garage") lets you, an independent professional mechanic, use a lift, workspace and shop equipment during slots you book in the app. This is a use-of-space-and-equipment arrangement โ you are not an employee, agent or partner of the Garage, the Garage sets no work schedule for you and allocates no clients to you.
2. Your clients, your business. You find your own clients, set your own prices and invoice your clients yourself under your own NIF. Warranty and liability for your repairs are yours. The Garage never collects money from your clients.
3. Bookings & the monthly share. You book lift time in the app (half day or full day); the booking itself costs nothing. At the end of each calendar month you tell the Garage what you billed your clients for work done at the Garage, and the Garage invoices its share of that amount, plus VAT: 30% of the first โฌ2,000, 25% of the next โฌ2,000 and 20% of anything above โฌ4,000. Each rate applies only to its own slice, and the count starts again every month. For your first two weeks at the Garage the share is 25% of everything you bill. The share is due on what you invoiced, however and whenever your client pays you, and the Garage may ask to see the invoices behind the amount you declare.
4. Tools & equipment. Lifts and shop tools are included. Treat them with professional care, return them where they belong, and report any damage or malfunction immediately. Loss or damage caused by misuse is on you. Consumables (oil, chemicals, fasteners) are not included.
5. Special tooling. High-value or specialist equipment may require prior arrangement and can carry an extra charge or deposit.
6. Client bikes. Your clients' bikes may stay at the Garage overnight while you are working on them, at no charge. Space is limited, so how many bikes you may keep at once is agreed with the Garage in advance.
7. Insurance. You must hold valid self-employed work-accident insurance (seguro de acidentes de trabalho para trabalhadores independentes) and present proof on request. Professional liability insurance covering customer property in your care is strongly recommended.
8. Waste. Used oil, filters, tires and other workshop waste go exclusively through the Garage's registered waste streams. No waste leaves the shop informally.
9. Disclosure. You present your services to clients as your own. Repairs are performed by you as an independent professional; the Garage provides facilities only โ and you agree not to represent otherwise.
10. Conduct & access. Garage opening hours and shared-space rules apply. The Garage may suspend or end your access for safety violations, damage, unpaid fees or misrepresentation.
11. Indemnity. Claims arising from your repairs are between you and your client. You hold the Garage harmless against third-party claims arising from work you performed.
12. Acceptance. Tapping "Accept & continue" records a binding acceptance of these terms. A written residency agreement, when signed, supplements and prevails over this sheet.
